Renowned for their contributions to Radiohead, Jed Kurzel (Alien: Covenant), and contemporary film scoring, the LCO has pioneered a shift in orchestral string techniques. This library captures never-before-sampled articulations, offering deep, emotive, and textural performances that bring a new level of expression to film, TV, and game scoring.
Featuring violin, viola, cello, and bass sections, this collection ventures beyond traditional playing styles, delivering a palette of hauntingly beautiful to intensely aggressive articulations. Unlike Spitfire’s typical Air Studios recordings, LCO Strings was recorded in a dry acoustic space, allowing for maximum flexibility in mixing and integration with other libraries.
