Drawing from years of experience in creating versatile, phrase-based orchestral instruments, Woodwinds Ensembles is the first release in our new Orchestral Series. Every ensemble—whether flutes, oboes, clarinets, or bassoons—uses our bespoke Sonokinetic Articulation Control System (SACS). This innovative two-step keyswitch solution standardizes articulation switching across all groups, so you can effortlessly select articulations with a simple press of the white and black keys, giving you maximum expressive control.

Intuitive, Customizable Performance

• Dynamic Articulation Switching:
  With articulations grouped into six logical categories (sustains, marcatos, shorts, dynamics, runs, and specials), you can select a group with the white keys and then choose the specific articulation within that group using the black keys. Secondary controls (for marcato, dynamics, and runs) further enhance performance flexibility.
• Advanced Mapping & Automation:
  Easily reassign keyswitches, adjust velocity curves, and even drag MIDI data directly from the integrated Score View into your DAW. These features let you customize articulation control via MIDI CCs, key velocity, or the pitch wheel for truly personalized expression.
• Microphone Mixing Options:
  Choose between a pre-mixed tutti position or blend your own mix from four recorded microphone configurations (Close, Decca Tree, Wide, and Balcony), ensuring your woodwind ensembles sound naturally balanced and cinematic.
