Building on the success of our sister libraries, Ostinato Strings and Brass, this library redefines how you approach woodwind performance by capturing an entire toolkit of everyday woodwind motifs—ready to be transformed into complex, cinematic chords.

Key Innovations & Features:

• Advanced Articulation System:
  Utilize our unique two-step keyswitch solution to select from six logical articulation groups—sustains, marcatos, shorts, dynamics, runs, and specials. The white keys choose the group, while the black keys (from C# to A#) select the specific articulation within that group. Secondary controls for marcato, dynamics, and runs further expand your expressive options.

• Customizable Preset Patterns:
  With 8 distinct preset patterns for woodwind motifs, you can easily assign different rhythmic structures to the high and low sections. By default, these sections are linked for cohesive playback, but they can be unlinked for independent control via a dedicated velocity-sensitive keyswitch.

• Dynamic Mute & Volume Control:
  Every chord in Ostinato Woodwinds is composed of four phrases (two high and two low notes). Use the intuitive mute buttons or dedicated keyswitches (mapped from G0 to A#0) to selectively mute or solo individual phrases. Adjust the panning and volume of each phrase in the options menu for a perfectly balanced mix.

• Flexible Speed & Playback Options:
  Recorded at 130 BPM in 4/4, the library’s phrases are automatically time-stretched to sync with your DAW’s tempo. Change playback speed using onscreen controls or a keyswitch (e.g., D#3) to toggle between half, original, and double speed—or let Intelligent Tempo Mapping (ITM) handle extreme tempo variations.
